Beautiful building in an amazing setting. A buzzy atmosphere without being in the thick of the crowds right in the centre. The rooms were really well designed in preserving the natural layout of space and felt spacious. there was a great welcome drink and everything else you needed. They also plant a tree if you choose not to wash your towels for a day, which is a brilliant trade off. Felt safe and secure and most of the staff were friendly and upbeat

Nice, clean, quite trendy hotel which is a good choice if you're happy to be on the west side of the city. It's about 20 mins walk from the centre, which is fine to do if you're only there for a day or two, but might start to wear a bit thin if you're there for longer.

Loved the location of the hotel and the historical building. The park area is beautiful and a good escape from the busy city. We enjoyed the Sunday market and Fabriek des Luminaries (the hotel staff should recommend these!) which are in the area. Also easy parking at Q Park a short walk away. Easy walk to the city and close enough to bars and restaurants. The hotel is an eclectic mix of old and new which we like. Check in is easy and the staff are friendly. Rooms are comfortable yet could do with a bit more character.

The room was very clean and very well finished. Bed was very comfortable, all doors needed the key card to open including the safe that made you feel at ease and safe, the shower / bathroom was well laid out and roomy, maid service came every day with clean towels and the room was serviced . The staff were very friendly and helpful. The situation of the hotel was very near tram stops and bus stop not far away. There is a lovely park behind the hotel ,very nice for walks.
