Conscious Hotel Westerpark

Very nice location at Wasterpark. Room simple but fully functional. But what was really exceptional - was the staff: always attetional, nice, helpful and with goodwilling smiling. I have already recommended Concious Hotsl to myy friends and will do it for others.

The hotel was newly renovated in a historic building. The staff were friendly . Location was in a beautiful park 10 min walk to the city. Bikes for rent on site. Public transit across the road. Hotel restaurant onsite plus others within a couple hundred meters. Warm and COOLING was available within the room. ( daytime temperatures were in the 30s Celsius )

The good breakfast - was the best thing at our stay. The comfy bed and pillows. The soap/shampoo/body lotion were very nice and rich. The lounge where we ate the breakfast is designed so nicely. and staff that were always kind and helpful. I loved the park, the view and the calm environment around the hotel... it was so relaxing after a long day to comeback to that vibe.

There is no need to check in with a person. There are small computer screens in the lobby to help you check in and out of the Hotel. The room view was stunning. If you love Bird watching it's amazing. The room I stayed in had a balcony you can walk on. Large Windows.Quiet.The toiletries in the room are all organic. I looked up the price of them and could not believe how much they cost. So they haven't spared any expense on the toiletries. All organic. The restaurant is vegetarian, and any coffee teas snacks and Alcohol are also organic. You can buy water and snacks in the lobby. While was there they gave you a glass. of free bubbly between 5 pm and 6 pm. I'm not Vegetarian but the restaurant's food was lovely and had a good menu. And if you want to have a beer in another place you only need to walk out the door and there is a terrace of quiet bars in front 2 second walk. Yes, the Hotel is away from the hub of Amsterdam but there are buses and trams nearby. If all that doesn't float your boat, there are take away food nearby but not close enough to spoil the Park and the hotel. An idyllic area where the locals come to walk their dogs and sit with a group of friends and have a picnic. The hotel has various old photographs in the corridors whilst a modern feel down in the lobby. And the security is good as you cannot get in the lifts and walk around the corridors without your room pass.

Fabulous location on a beautiful park. Very quiet and gorgeously comfortable bed. Loved the eco friendly vibe. Lovely bar area and staff very friendly and helpful. Room cleaned regularly to a high standard. Excellent shower and lovely toiletries. Quirky art and signs which were fun
